Attribute System

Attributes are the general abilities that a character has, encompassing what they can do on their own. The attributes are; Strength, Speed, Dexterity, and Chakra.

The potential level of each is divided into four categories, having reached none of these categories on any attribute is acceptable but comes with this warning, having nothing in an attribute will leave you completely devoid of the skill and on par with an untrained civilian child in the attribute(s) in question. Only one, however, can be made to Legendary status due to the strain mentally and physically of keeping something at that level.

The following are the levels of each attribute that can be achieved and descriptions to give you an idea of exactly what each of them means for the character, for information relating directly to the attribute, scroll down and see said attribute.

Basic: The lowest level of practical combat readiness in an attribute. At this level the attribute of the character has been reached at it's most basic level, and have yet to reach the full potential of this particular attribute.

Superior: The second lowest level of practical combat ability in an attribute. This is considered to be the combat ready or average amongst those who commonly use this attribute in combat.

Elite: The second highest level possible for any single attribute. The highest level, within reason, that anyone would ever reach. This level is high enough for you to be considered a 'master' of any particular attribute.

Legendary: The highest level of a attribute possible. This level of the attribute is above the possible range of most people. Due to the strain physically and mentally of maintaining and gaining a skill of this level as only one skill can be at this level and only two other stats can be acquired. Meaning a total of three(3) stats, if one is legendary.

  • From no rank to  basic requires 1 total Attribute Points

  • From basic to superior requires 2 total Attribute Points

  • From superior to elite requires 4 total Attribute Points

  • From elite to legendary requires 8 total Attribute Points

The beginning attribute points for each rank are as followed:

  • Genin: 4 Att Points

  • Chuunin: 8 Att Points

  • Jounin: 12 Att Points

  • Specs (Sannin and Special Leaders): 14 Att Points

  • Kage: 16 Att Points
Note that having no clan adds two to attribute points to your character's start

Decide Wisely

If you are wondering how to gain more attribute points. You may purchase them at the cost of 2 points for 1,000 experience or 1 point at the cost of 500 experience. So long as you stay active there should be no problem buying more. Another note is there is,and I repeat there is no cap on attributes .

This attribute affects movement speed and all forms of speed attached to that, including handseals, movement speed, weapon speed, attack speed, etc.

Basic: This is the basic level of speed that is considered combat efficient. At this level the character is able to move at peak condition for a normal human. The enhanced speed at this level still being within regular human capacity. Allows you to move at the speed of 10 m/s.

Superior: This is the combat efficient level of speed, equal to those who practice using speed regularly in combat. Capable of enhanced speed on performing handseals (Twice normal speed) and beyond basic in terms of attack speed and movement speed.Allows you to move at the speed of 20 m/s.

Elite: Considered a master of the art of speed and quickness a character who has reached this level is capable of performing one handed seals, as well as enhanced speed on all forms of chakra seals(Double the speed of superior level). Additionally all forms of attack speed, and movement speed are also increased to a level that is greater than the superior level. Granting the character speed enough to be seen as nothing but a blur when running at max speed.Allows you to move at the speed of 25 m/s.

Legendary: Beyond what can be normally reached in terms of speed is this legendary level. The speed of Minato, with handseals(double the speed of elite level) that would appear as a blur and almost instantaneous to onlookers. Capable of attacking in such a quick flurry that is it not unknown that others are incapable of seeing some attacks coming. Allows you to move at the speed of 30 m/s.

Dexterity

This attribute affects your all around hand skills and coordination. Granting agility, accuracy, and general coordinated ability. Dexterity is necessary for precision and accurate skill.

Basic: The lowest level of practicality in the attribute of dexterity. At this level one possesses the most basic skills granted by dexterity. This level of dexterity grants a low level of accuracy and a low level of agility. At this level dexterity is best used as a passive or support role.

Superior:The second lowest skill level of dexterity and considered to be the combat efficient/effective level of dexterity. Increasing accuracy to a point in which the character could hit most targets if unhindered. Additionally, at this level of the dexterity attribute, the character gains an enhanced sense of reflex allowing them to react faster than that of a normal person.

Spoiler:
Note:If a person is basic in speed or dexterity and at least supeior in the other they can move at 15 m/s. If they are superior in both they can move at  speed of 20 m/s.

Elite:A level of dexterity in which the character could be considered a master. Completely surpassing the the level blow in all aspects mastery is a good description of this level. Accuracy is increased to a masterful level, reflexes increase to give greater notice of the world around them and faster reaction time to anything that happens.

Legendary:The highest possible level of dexterity and so dextrous is this level that it is not attainable except by the most dedicated masters. At this level your aim can be considered to be basically perfect, your reflexes are so great and so well trained that almost nothing can take you by surprise. Allowing for masterful precision in all movements and techniques.

Spoiler:
Note:If a person is elite in speed or dexterity and at least superior in the other they can move at 30 m/s. If they are legendary in both they can move at  speed of 50 m/s.

Chakra:

This attribute determines your total level of chakra as well as the total quantity and quality of jutsu used by the character.

The cost of each jutsu is based on it's rank, the following are the chakra cost amounts for each rank of technique.

E rank-1 chakra
D rank-5 chakra
C rank-10 chakra
B rank-15 chakra
A rank-25 chakra
S rank-40 chakra

  • It should be noted that those who do not have any level of skill in this attribute, have a total points of 40.

Basic: This is the basic level of skill that allows the ninja to control and possess chakra. Basic rank allows for 80 chakra points. This level of chakra has a limited range of techniques and difficulty keeping up with long-term, technique use.

Superior:This is the standard level of shinobi giving them a greater amount to pool from in terms of chakra. Granting the character 160 chakra points it can perform and be kept up for much longer amount of time than basic levels.

Elite:The highest level that anyone would normally be able to reach in their lifetime. Granting the character 275 chakra points. This is considered a mastery tier of chakra and used by the most elite ninja.

Legendary: The pinnacle of chakra that is reachable. At this level the character has 325 chakra points. This point is beyond mastery and only accessible by those who have trained to a point that could only be called insane.

Note:

These attributes go hand and hand and follow a checks and balance system, more so directed at Speed and Dexterity.
